Homefair Blinds & Shutters Middlesbrough

I ordered blinds twice recently. The first time they FORGOT to put order on van . This time after getting a text saying I'd have problems if I wasn't in at appointment time I've waited in all morning and SURPRISE they can't tell me when my blinds might arrive even though it is now afternoon Never mind I need to get out ASAP

I've been a customer for 20 + years. Theyve fitted blinds throughout my home.My most recent purchase was conservatory blinds for French doors and for my kitchen window a matching blind .So disappointing , one of the door blinds was first to snap, (sub standard/ poor quality twine ), after a short amount of time . I popped into the shop, I was informed, £25 to take it to Durham for repair, £25 to restring, £25 to bring it back to the coulby store. £75 in total .Now the kitchen window blind has gone exactly the same way , so now looking at £150 to repair them both ! Needless to say , no way am I paying out again, i think that's outrageous.I won't be using this company again. What a total waste of money.

Bought my blinds from Homefair last year excellent service, recently had new windows fitted and blinds needed slight adjustment , Homefair came very quickly and sorted them with no charge, !! I've had a really tough time lately and was really cheered up by such good service , Thank you l will be recommending you to everyone ,

I think the blinds themselves seem to be ok. But the fitting is definitely hit and miss. I've had two sets of heavy wooden venetian blinds fitted on 7.5ft windows. Separate times so two different fitters.One is held up by only two catches, each of these have only one screw in! My decorater fixed them properly. The other fitter fit 3 catches, but only two work as 3rd on a weird angle so won't close. Also he left my newly decorated bedroom a mess. Dust and plaster all I've r the window sill. Plastic wrapping dropped on floor. Red brick dust over window and new blinds. Luckily, I hadn't fitted the new carpet. I believe these guys must be on a don't fit, don't get paid wage. Don't think I'll be using them again.

The original blinds i ordered were too long. They have been replaced and i love them. I have replaced all blinds in my house, bay window plus 5 other windows for an amazing price. Great service, quality and price

We have purchased roller blinds, perfect fit blinds, a TV cabinet and a dinning table and chairs from the Coulby Newham store. The staff have always been friendly and helpful, and the products are top quality at reasonable prices. Very happy with the service, would recommend.

Really really disappointed with a Roman blind I have had fitted today by Homefair. Fabric is very thin and daylight just shines through. Have other Romans by another supplier in other rooms and the are far superior. Will not go back to them in the future at all

Had great service from Homefair over the years but so disappointed they no longer sell oak occasional furniture. Was wanting a TV stand to match a coffee table I bought last year. It was excellent value for money. No other local supplier available.

Good choice of blinds, reasonably priced. They also sell furniture, carpets and flooring, but I've not bought any of those. Blinds are value for money.

We have recently moved and required two black out blinds for upstairs bedrooms - called into Homefair in Coulby Newham as we had used them for previous home. A date for measuring up was arranged for Monday 7th November which went with out a hitch and fitting date for 29th November was agreed. Both gentlemen who we had contact with were able to answer any questions or queries were answered with a smile.Fitting day arrived and the blinds were up in minutes and are exactly what we wanted - well pleased with product, price AND service.
