Eldred Drive Stores

The staff very clearly don’t want to be there, have they never heard of basic customer service and politeness ?

I've just shopped there and when arrived home just saw this. It's not the first time there have been expired vegetables or fruits but for the staff to put them out and sell them is outrageous. I'm stupid that I don't check but the customer shouldn't be checking as it is not the buyer's job!! I'll be going back soon to replace it or get my money back.

There is a women that works in the store with short gray hair that comes across very abrupt and rude I only went in there to buy a few things and she said something to me that was completely unnecessary she carries on as if she owns the place and makes shopping in the store a very unpleasant and toxic environment

Great store but always welcomed with a very rude staff member with short grey hair, comes across very abrupt which makes the in store experience very unwelcoming a quite toxic.

The staff are simply wonderful, always helpful. They go the extra mile to help. Good keen prices and a very quick delivery service. Wonderful thank you very much.

There is a lady working, she is unpleasant and she looks like a Karen acting like a Karen kinda describing she acts like it’s her store, kicking us out. I’m being very rude towards us.

Great local shop, 5*. Highly recommend, staff are always very helpful and friendly. We have been using them for years as well as loads of our family & friends. Never had a genuine bad word said. Great products to choose from & good prices. We would not go anywhere else, a real staple in the local community.

not the first time it happened to me but its time to put review because of the old lady with grey hair always rude to me. and i think other workers head that but no one is saying anything. is she owner of this shop if yes then i think i will stop using this shop!!!! workers like this should not work with customers at the tilt!!!!!

Great place. I'm glad they closed the run-down and uninviting shop that was there before. My brother told me the previous shop owner had questioned him about where he's from and what he's doing here when he popped in for snacks before visiting us (right after the referendum). Glad that's over with! Anyway, the people at Premier have always been nice to us. Waiting for my daughter to pick out her lolly and count the money, and all that. Patiently counting my loose change, etc. And they give out free fruit to the school kids from across the street. The staff are always very polite, even when it's packed full of people after school. It's very clean and the staff are everywhere, working like busy bees. It looks nice from the outside, as well. It's really made the entire area feel more welcoming in a very short time. When we moved here from London 5 years ago, Eldred Drive looked desolate. It's bustling now.
