I requested to rent a property and Abbotts have been one of the few companies that will offer help (I’m a full time student). I have only ever lived with my family or in university accommodation, but Joe and Chloe were so helpful and were willing to sit down with me and go through the documents so I knew what it meant. They explained everything and answered all questions I had. They also managed to make it feel slightly less stressful than I thought. 10/10 service, would 100% recommend. Thankyou Joe and Chloe!!!

I was consulted by Gary Jenkins and Sophie for buying out first ever home in UK- Today is the key handover. They were extremely helpful throughout the process. I sent them numerous amount of email quering this and that; they gave reply to my emails with answers everytime without failure. They gave us a warm welcome from the beginning and later when we changed our home design according to the limited budget, we were consulted by others. Even after that Gary and Sophie kept helping us with general queries- as it was hard to get to our original team.Gary and Sophie also helped us to choose our home within our budget and Sophie also very kindly pulled out some renovated house options, if we were interested.However, finally we are getting our home now and I wish them all the success in life.

We have been renting a property through Abbotts for two years now and we have always been very pleased with the excellent service we have been provided with. The property was shown to us via a video during covid and we were impressed with the professionalism despite the time as well as the great condition in which the house was in. The paperwork was very easy to fill in and Ben, the agent was helping us throughout the whole process. Since then, there have been numerous occasions where we needed a repair or a spare key, and the agency have gone above and beyond. One of the people being Thapelo Kobe, who always responds to us immediately and ensures all of our enquires are answered. Very friendly and helpful which makes it easier for us to reach out for help. All the agents are very friendly in person, always return our calls and they ensure to maintain a good relationship between tenants and landlords. Would certainly recommend :)
