If you want your jobs to be done professionally and very quickly look no further. Ben is super efficent, friendly and has a great team that supports him . We needed to change our heating system and we couldnt be more happy. Our house is very warm now , the choice of the boiler was prefect for our needs. We were very impressed with the quality of Ben's work . We have used Ben now for a few other jobs and I am sure we will use him in the future. I would highly recommend Ben to anyone.

Ben was super responsive, professional and helpful with our repairs. Very communicative and helped us find the right solutions for a repair and updates to the shower and sink, including fitting a sink on an upcycled chest of drawers. Left everything clean and sparkling, we will be using Loader Plumbing for any repairs or updates in the future!

Ben and his team have been excellent. This year they have refurbished my bathrooms, created a utility area for me and just recently fitted a new kitchen and installed new radiators. Their work is so good, attention to detail is outstanding and they are not satisfied until a perfect job results. I cannot rate them highly enough. Very professional and very lovely with it. Ben is great, used him for landlord gas safety checks and our own needs. Always contactable, great communication. And a jolly nice chap!

Ben has helped out with various plumbing jobs over the years and most recently coordinated his team to completely renovated the bathroom in my new home to a lovely shower room. He is extremely hardworking and responds to messages so quickly (me and my partner wonder if he ever has a break!). A real perfectionist which is just what you want and had a great team in the whole project. No hesitations recommending Ben and we will be calling on him again soon for our next project!

We called Loader Plumbing heating and gas on a late saturday afternoon after our boiler developed a fault code. We were not expecting to get through but luckily they were in our area and were happy to come out to us. They were extremely professional and polite. They knew exactly what the problem was and was able to fix the problem within half an hour and our boiler was up and running again. Sometimes you worry that some tradesman will try and rip you off but these seemed like very honest lads and I would definitely call upon their services again and would highly recommend to anyone else especially in an emergency. Well earned 5 out of 5 stars.

Ben came to our rescue when we were let down by another engineer when moving our boiler from the kitchen to an upstairs cupboard during a renovation. Very professional, friendly and obviously takes pride in quality workmanship. Had a great team and worked on a Sunday to get our boiler in and functioning so we could push on with the renovations in the kitchen as planned. All in all, top guy, great work and would definitely use again.
