Went to check out this year’s Christmas decorations. Some nice new bits to complement some consistent themes over the year. Vs other shops I felt they had the full range out which was nice. Some interesting pieces too! Shop was heaving (don’t visit on a rainy day!) however they were processing customers very efficiently at the checkouts so the wait wasn’t too long. Staff at the checkouts were friendly and helpful

The store itself was extremely impressive. It has an underground car park for those busy bank holiday weekends when everyone suddenly decides they need a new garden dining set or bbq!The shelves were fully stocked and the range" of items was very impressive. The diner was a little run down in places but this is obviously down to mass use so all can be forgiven (the material on our seats was all ripped up). The shop had a great selection of food and drink on offer. From pre pack sandwiches and pastries to light lunches. The staff seemed a bit fed up to be there? This could of just been an off day or my perception but it definitely didn't seem like they wanted to help or were happy about being approached (today at least!) I had a particularly rude interaction with the lady on customer service when she looked around me and beckoned the people behind to come forward. I had seen them but they were looking at things on the shelf and pottering in their trolley so i assumed they weren't in the line to be served. So when i apologised and explained to them my error the lady at the desk quite simply made it clear that i was in the wrong. Lord knows why she was in customer service!?There was a lady in store who had travelled in after being told an item was in stock over the phone and when she arrived the item was not or was unable to be located - again.. staff seemed to be annoyed at her for making them sort the issue out rather than actually being apologetic or helpful. Shame really. We walked all around the outside of the building trying to find the way in

Pretty good, has most things and is reasonably priced. Has Iceland within which handy but just a heads up, you can’t use Iceland vouchers in here .

It's a very good store, but the last two times I've been to the café you would have to wait at least half an hour to get a toasted sandwich because of one person who's cooking and taking food to customer's. The guy on till kept making errors on orders . So I would not be going to back to this store for a drink. They need more staff on cooking.

Lots of great products at reasonable prices. Negatives are, pricing difficult to ascertain half the time as places not in correct place or price missing from shelf. Would be better to mark up the items instead.Don't bother going to the revamped cafe. Dee Dees used to be great but Eighty None, as it is now called, is not as good. Service is slow. One girl, working at a slow speed, serving a cafe full of customers. No skimmed milk at all. Liquid cheese used on toasties instead of real cheese, absolutely disgusting.

Please inform me why two balls of wool from your selection are not the same price the blue one was £6.00 the yellow one £6.49 also why were they displayed in the same section upstairs with a price label stating they cost £6.00! I contested this today and understandably was very angry that I had to pay a separate price for two balls of wool where the only difference is the colour. In the end I paid the price which was £13.78 (I also purchased blue tack which was £1.30) even though I was expecting to pay £13.30. So please tell my why two near identical balls of wool cost different to each other.

The Range at Derriford offers a diverse shopping experience with a vast selection of products. From home decor to outdoor essentials, the variety is impressive. The spacious layout makes navigating through departments easy. However, occasional issues with organization and product availability were noted. The staff's helpfulness stands out, providing assistance when needed. Overall, The Range is a convenient one-stop-shop, but improvements in organization could enhance the overall shopping experience.

We order a sofa through the range, thinking as a large well-known brand. Not knowing the contract out the sofa manufacturering to a small unknown and incompetent partner in Birmingham. We had paid and booked a schedule delivery date for October weeks in advance, to be told after the delivery date that the manufacturer had a foam shortage but we should have the sofa soon. After chasing weekly, been on hold to the range call said every time for one hour plus, We finally received the sofa one week before Christmas. We were so shocked when the delivery came in an unmarked old dirty transit van by a guy that couldn’t speak English. After the sofa had been unpacked, expanded and settled, we realise there were too many cushions and all incorrect sizes. We complained to the range to be told we needed to now deal with the manufacturer!! They clearly had had there money and wanted nothing else to do with us the customer. After finally managing to reach Elleganza by in March, after calling daily to an unanswered phone and writing several complaint emails. we were told that the factory will come out to our premises and review the issues. We are now at the end of May and I’ve not heard anything from eleganza and the range are refusing to deal with our complaint, saying that it’s the manufacturer we need to go back to. Overall experience has been less than one out of five. I would never purchase a sofa with the range or eleganza again I would not recommend you do so either.

Store great, but unless I need an odd item, will not be going back. Spent over £200, Confusing information on Facebook and Internet as to parking, one says 4 hours, other states 2 hours, also signage not clear enough, got penalty notice, 2 hours if having something to eat, visit around store then queue at till is and will never be enough time. So beware.
