I am currently still in therapy with Rob. What can I say , within a few months Rob has completely transformed my life and the way I think and see things. My anxiety, which I have had for years is now gone from 100 to hardly anything. The best thing I have done, and the best therapist I have worked with. The hypnosis and all the other techniques really do work. He makes you feel at ease and just knows his stuff. He has helped me to become a better version of myself and to be a better Mum. By far the best therapist I've seen. Rob takes the time to really get to know you as a person and find the best methods to help you as an individual. And so very accommodating to the needs of the client. I've referred a few friends to him and they've all said the same. He truly cares about all of his clients and is there to help every step of the way. Even when it can be a particularly difficult session, he gets you through and usually laughing by the end of it. Cannot recommend him enough. Rob has done so much for my self confidence, my communication and my relationships. If you want someone trustworthy and just spot on, look no further than Rob

I saw Rob because I was terrified of upcoming surgery. Rob got me in such a better place. I had my surgery today and was cool as a cucumber (despite a huge delay and lots of waiting around)Before my treatment, even talking/thinking about the op brought on tears and panic. It's miraculous what a difference this has made. 100% recommended. I honestly don't think I'd have gone through with the surgery without Robs help!

I started seeing Rob in 2020 after really struggling with anxiety and after having a specific fear when being in my old job which triggered off other things also, We covered a lot of things which was also to do with my anxiety. Rob has been amazing making me feel so relaxed and the treatment he has done on me has really worked for me I have achieved things that I never thought I’d be able to achieve he has he has been so helpful and he has able to get me in a position today where I feel a lot more happier. I have been going to Rob for around a year now and it was my first experience with a therapist. Rob made me feel at ease from the first session and I found him really easy to talk to. You can tell by the advice Rob gives that he has a lot of experience and you know he cares. I still see Rob now and I always leave the session feeling so much better. If you want some great advice and help, i highly recommended Rob as he is someone who will really listen to you and care for you.

Rob was brilliant - really puts you at ease from the start and it helps that he is a genuine, lovely guy. Helped me with what I went to him for with success, and also explored other aspects too. I would highly recommend. I had never tried Hypnotherapy before and was unsure plus a bit apprehensive, but I shouldn't have been! If you are 50 / 50 whether to contact Rob, I highly recommend you just do it and it could literally change your life :)

I was recommended Rob by a friend to help my son with his anxiety and low self esteem. At first meeting, Rob immediately understood my son and his issues. He worked with us both, getting my son out out of the spiral of depressions that he found himself in. Rob made my son realise why he is the way he is and its perfectly understandable given the early traumas in his life. Rob worked with my son to improve his self worth, self confidence and reduce his general anxiety. Through therapy, our relationship has improved and my son has gone from strength to strength in all aspects of his life. I can't thank Rob enough for what he has done for us as a family, he has given us our son back and given our son a very positive future.

My son has been seeing Rob regularly for for almost 8 months & it’s the best decision we made.. we spoke to various different places, however I knew Rob was the right person for my son from the first phone call.My son is coming to the end of his journey now, although Rob has said he will always be there at the end of the phone if we need.This is great news that in such a short time I have my happy, confident son back, but we’re all a little sad that we won’t have these sessions anymore.Thankyou so much Rob for everything you have done for my son and our family & for all the laughs we’ve had along the way :)

Rob was absolutely fantastic. Me and my husband needed to get back on track. We was not sure this would work but it really worked for us. Rob is so welcoming and we felt at home.
