Helpful, friendly, efficient and, best of all, no fuss or unnecessary formality. Very relaxed and yet reassuringly professional. They take all the anxiety out of accounting for the self-employed person who knows nothing about self-assessment and the complexities of finance. You just hand it all over and it's done seamlessly.
