As a first time buyer I was incredibly nervous about the whole thing and he put me at ease immediately. His survey was remarkably thorough and he talked me through his findings as he went and was extremely knowledgeable, honest and transparent through the whole process. The typed survey was sent to me via email as well as a written copy through the post which I appreciated. I would recommend Lynwoods to anyone - absolute stellar service and efficient results.
