Normally worried when buying a second hand car in the 2-5k range feels like a mine field. Very happy with BM CarsLittle Vauxhall Corsa great for 17 yo just passed, Great service and nice touches( gave us brand new mats, sourced a parcel shelf no quibbles and gave us £90 as locking nut that was missing, kwik fit sorted a new one for this amount) No questions asked and couldn’t have been friendlier or quicker!Thanks again

Absolutely ridiculous experience. The initial conversations were so great when I was buying my car. I have talked openly about my situation and they made me believe that I am getting an honest service. I thought I was getting a great service and after a week the car started giving all troubles and the fuel injector had a long term leak. I ended up spending so much on it and they never bothered to answer my calls after they realised I am having all these issues. Stay away from them and don't fall for the nice talk.

Just bought a Renault Clio from this company and it was exactly as described to me over the phone. Nice condition and reasonably priced. Service was efficient and polite. I would recommend them quite happily.

I called up in the morning to enquire about a car I had seen online and the dealership confirmed the car was still available and that I could view it, (and to call when I arrived).When I arrived, I called the dealership and the member of staff that I spoke to was very rude. Basically telling me that I should have made an appointment and that he wasn't there.Clearly not interested in selling any cars, just in being rude and wasting people's time.If this is what they're like to prospective customers, I dread to think what they're like if you have any issues with their cars!! Avoid!

I cannot rate these guys highly enough. I turned up unannounced this afternoon to test drive a car (without an appointment) after a disappointing experience elsewhere, and these guys couldn’t have been more accommodating! Nothing was too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to support my purchase, and offer exceptional customer service. Exceeded my expectations, and matched my need for meticulous attention to detail! Thanks so much for an excellent service. I couldn’t be happier with the car

Friendly service in person at the site. Unfortunately the car we did purchase had some faults so we did have to return it which the dealer facilitated by way of pick up (as we live outside London) and agreed to refund us the full paid price for the car which was done very quickly - thank you.
