We had a bathroom installed in September 17. The plasterer came out and put a curve in the wall that wasn't there to start with. I mentioned it to Nicola at the time and she said leave it til it's dried and see. It's now been painted and now ten months on, countless calls and emails and several visits confirming yes the wall is bent and no it shouldn't be and hints of taking the plaster back, and oh

My parents had their bathroom done 2 years ago all good until they started getting water from the toilet coming up into the shower tray, my dad had contacted them to come out and fix the problem which was sorted fair enough, except they’ve left a monstrosity of a hole in the kitchen ceiling and not even bothered filling it in properly. After multiple phone calls, emails and visits to the shop they kept promising and saying they will be getting someone to come out and fix it but still waiting for nearly over a year. Shocking customer service

Love my new kitchen, fantastic service from start to finish, great tradesmen, all friendly and very professional. Nicola gave me great advice at the planning stage. The work started on the agreed date, 3rd February, 2020 and was finished in the time stated. Would recommend them over and over again. Thank you to Nicola and her team.

I am all for supporting local business,however I would never use or recommend this company ever again,when the problems set in they quite simply not interested,the after sales and care service is truly shocking,and certainly not cheap
