Took a pair of jeans to get taken up, they did a great job, the staff were very helpful, would recommend. Outstanding shop.

I had to get some trousers for an Indian wedding altered. Nora's did a great job for a very good price. Great, friendly service from the team there - I would definitely recommend and will be back next time I need something sorting out.

Had my favourite lacoste jeans and my dogs coat fixed couldnt be happier and very reasonably priced ,Class 1 jobs ,lovely friendly people ,and are maticulous about track and trace ,me and my dog are very grateful to you Nora,s ,thank you

Went to Norah's for many years. They always alter my clothes to perfection. What a lovely family business. Nothing is too much trouble.

Went off previous reviews but personal experience wasn't great.Had 3 dresses but none were fixed to a good standard. The first was taking up spaghetti straps. These were simply folded over and tacked which was £5 - this also left what looked to be yellow highlighter (not chalk) on the dress - see photo! The second was taken in around the bust. When fitting and tacking was done I had a bra on. Now I struggle to wear the dress even without a bra as its so tight. The final one I cant even tell if anythings been done. I asked for it to be taken up at the shoulders but its still gaping. £29 in total and nothing is any better than before the alterations. Rang to speak to someone about it but they seemed unwilling to help and told to come in the next day. As I wasn't in town much longer (visiting parents) and the cost of getting into/parking in the town for an unknown amount of help I decided it wasn't worth it. Just wanted to let others know about my experience here.
