Castle Windows & Conservatories

Five years after Castle Windows had built our conservatory we experienced a small roof leak. We reported this to the company who immediately promised to send fitters to fix it. Within a few days they came and dealt with it. Brilliant service. Can't praise them enough.

Recommended my friend who bought a new front door.Door fitted but paint missing in parts and when called was promised someone would come out with paint to rectify damage. 2 years later still waiting!!! No communication, customer care non existent and Numerous telephone calls and promises of paint but nothing. Very disappointed in customer service and after care!

Excellent!! We would recommend them highly to anyone!We had 25 windows, of which 8 are sliding double windows (like patio doors) , 1 French door & 2 external doors and every one instantly fitted perfectly, even though there are variations in designs.All the Castle Window staff were most professional, pleasant & polite, and left everything clean & tidy,They were also the most economic!!

We've just had an Orangery supplied and fitted by Castle Windows. This is the second job that Castle have undertaken for us - the first was the supplying and fitting of a Porch Conservatory. The service and quality of both of the builds was superb. The fitters were professional, clean, courteous and hard working. We're absolutely thrilled with our new Orangery and less recent Conservatory. I wouldn't hesitate whatsoever in recommending Castle Windows to anyone who is looking for top quality and value for money home improvements.

I recently had my lean to replaced and some doors & windows fitted by Rob / Jamie very happy with the job. They turned up on time and did the job efficiently. They were polite, pleasant and helpful. I certainly use castle windows in the future and recommending them to family & friends.

Castle windows have just replaced all of our windows and front door. Everything from start to finish went like a dream. Didn't feel pressured or pushed into making a decision. Paul, who came out to measure and price, was so professional, friendly and polite. Price was amazing. Survey was done promptly and professionally. Fitting started on the day we were quoted. The fitters were brilliant, Matty and James,very hard working and extremely polite, always on time and with an exceptional finish to the job. I will, and already have, recommend Castle Windows without any hesitation, I really can't speak highly enough about the whole job, from start to finish.

Do NOT buy anything from castle windows. Our window which is under guarantee has been broken for 5 weeks they keep saying they will come and have a look but never turn up. I can't afford to keep sitting here waiting and they never even a phone call to say why they aren't coming. Terrible company best to buy your windows and doors from someone else just incase anything happens to go wrong with them. Update they finally turned up and fixed it after 5 weeks and numerous phone calls.

We have just had all of our windows and front door replaced by Castle Windows. The windows and door look great and look to be of a very high quality. The fitters that carried out the work were really friendly and polite and I really felt that they went the extra mile to cause as little disruption during the works. The finish on the windows and doors is faultless and the works were carried out with a great deal of care and attention to detail. At the end of each day they tidied up behind them to the extent that you wouldn't even know that works were ongoing! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Castle Windows to anyone looking to have new windows and doors fitted.

Brilliant service!.Had a new front door, windows and conservatoryinstalled about 9 years ago. All excellent. Yesterday had a problem locking the front door so rang Castle Windows. Came within an hour and adjusted the door .Problem solved
