Absolutely disgusting, told me to go in to derbion to there other store even though they knew this other store was shut, when I got back to this store it was shut coincidently. They accepted my order for hot drink but when I got there machine hadn't worked for 3 weeks and I'd have to wait up to 10 days for a refund on my card. Some of us don't have money to go buy another else where while we await our refunds. Staff are disgusting and rude, never felt so belittled or as humiliated ever in my life.

Service is slow, Hit and miss if the bakes are cold. Usually runs out of sausages by noon. Ask for brown sauce and you'll get red at least half the time

Overall very good, nice range of treats and they’ve never got my order wrong! Only fault is that service is slow in the morning around breakfast time and the queue is sometimes out the door, but other than that I recommend!

BY FAR THE WORSE GREGGS STORE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED I HAVE LEFT THIS SHOP WITHOUT PURCHSE 5 TIMES THIS MONTH DUE TO ONE MEMEBER OF STAFF SERVING A QUE OF PEOPLE OUT THE DOOR. YOU HAVE CUSTOMERS STOP MOPPING THE FLOOR AND STARING AT EVERYONE AND SERVE PEOPLE ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A SHOP I WILL BEVER BE GOING AGAIN

Went here on a Saturday at first seemed like a nice place, until I looked around... Pigeons surrounded the doorway and practically walked inside the shop like its customers did.l, Not to mention the flies! The shop was swarmed on the left side of the shop near where you sit in to eat and flies crawled around the food boxes which held donuts and various items! Not up to standard.

We had sausage cheese beans pastie. They was stone cold. I ended up with food poisoning. I was very ill. I won't go there again. We have never received cold food at any of the other Gregg's we have been in.
