The Black Abbot
Was there yesterday for a Xmas lunch, had it booked for weeks, was really looking forward to it, so much so we phoned the day before to make sure it was still on. Very sad to say it was really disappointing, in fact it was that bad I couldn’t even eat it. I never complain in restaurants, these people have a very difficult job to do, my son is a chef, but I told the waitress when she came over to take the full plate away, such a shame. No apologies just pay the bill.

Went for a charity event. Tattie fest" ( Sat & Sun) Live entertainment from various fantastic bands. The place was bouncing. Special mention to the staff....they worked their socks off providing drinks & meals

We attended my sisters wedding on 16/7/22,her reception was held here. Stevie and his staff did a fantastic job. The food was delishous service was fast. They were very organised.
