Went to this shop with no knowledge of vapes and what would be best suited for me. Staff were very friendly and highly helpful couldn't help me enough and sorted everything out for me. Will be coming here for everything from now on.Would recommend to everyone.

Really!! what is the point? Every time time I call this shop to check stock, coils, juice, tanks or batteries, it really is'nt a matter of what I call about, they never have it. Alway's in stock at their other shop!! but never here. Obviously like most other vape shops, just concentrating on making money out of the disposable's. Well good luck when the disposable's are soon BANNED, and they will be!! you'll want the old school vapour's back as customers then wont yer!!!.

Best vape shop by far in the ST and CW postcode. Went in today for a browse, great selection of quality vape gear high quality mods and RDA/RTA’s and tanks.If you’re after cheap smok rubbish... go elsewhere. This store is offering the best selection of high end equipment.The shop is nicely laid out, the displays are great, the staff are friendly, helpful and seemed very knowledgable on the products they’re selling. Fabtastic vape shop, situated at a perfect place with parking, great selection of premium eliquids and very knowledgeable staff. A wide range of kits, tanks and other things to get you vaping. Not many shops like this around that will go out of their way to give you great advice and help you get setup.

Went on Saturday Told me my vape was broken so I brought another 1. only to find out my vape was not broken just needed the coil changing so was conned into buying a new vape which leaked and you could taste the liquid vape been back today they changed the coil on the new 1 will update after a few days well 3 hours later and it is still leaking from the bottom

I’ve had to give one star in order to just leave a review. My wife bought a pockex aspire vape in April from “a fistfull of vapes” and because she hadn’t used this business before she chose to start with a lesser quality product but still expected it to be decent enough to use. The first 3 weeks of use were fine but the past 2 weeks the vape developed a problem which my wife believed was a product fault and on dealing with Craig at the store everything seemed to be fine. Later the vape machine as my wife explained to the store was “giving off a burnt taste” and today (16/06/21) she returned it to the store for testing. The store rang my wife a few hours later to come down and discuss the situation to which I accompanied her and I told my wife I would record the whole discussion for our own protection. During this recording which is readily available even for the business themselves if they so request it, the female assistant openly admitted after my wife asked “how have you tested it” that she or another had vaped on it themselves which clearly puts another persons saliva into the mechanism. When challenged over this the assistant openly admits to this horrendous procedure by saying “that’s something we always do”. My wife walked out in disgust still with a faulty vape machine but now unusable. I then told the assistant that I was recording everything she was saying and in light of the COVID pandemic, told her that using a customers personal vape in this way to test it was bang out of order. I have reported this issue to the COVID authorities and have the full recording should they wish to see it. The initial fault with the vape machine is now secondary, with the primary issue being the testing procedures of this business.

Initially contacted to get some advice on a new tank and was surprised by the sheer honesty of the gent on the phone. I was quite happy to spend a good amount of money and he could have easily just took it. Instead I was advised on a mod that was much better suited to me and my use. The technical knowledge of both staff was very good. Very happy with my new system and it is working really well. I can highly recommend both the liquids (zeus) the mod (voopoo drag x) and would recommend describing your vape useage to staff as they are well equipped advise on the best solution. 5* from a very happy customer.

Best vape shop in stoke the guy is honest and gives best advise
