Unique Nails

I go to unique every time I need my nails done. They are all lovely and the results are always flawless. Extremely good prices too! Highly recommend

First time coming here and my nails are amazing. However the pedicure isn’t great. The first colour on was streaky then the second colour has run into the nail bed and cuticles. I’ll be back for my nails but toes probably not

I actually really liked they work, they were nice and polite. They work quick and I liked my nails, it was better than I expected. The only thing that missed fot me was the fact that they do the cuticles but apart from that I’m very happy.The red ones were from 1 month ago, the oranges are from my infill yesterday (April 4th).

I like the way the female technicians do my nails, however, I did not like the work the man did! Apologies, I do not know his name but he rushes, he leaves gaps, he doesn’t file straight, and he left massive lumps of a acrylic under my nails. When I tried telling him he appeared very annoyed as well. He did my nails 3 times - 1 pedi and 2 manis. The second time I specifically requested one of the females but he insisted he would do it for me. Needless to say I wasn’t happy and one of the ladies had to correct his work. I do not want to make him feel bad but I don’t think this job is cut out for him so sadly I will not be returning here.

I went for a mani and pedi with shellac, pedicure was great, manicure I had asked for standard French tips.They guy doing them really could not paint nails, the first pinky was perfect but then for the others the base colour was missed on the edges of some of the nails and the tips were totally irregular thickness and really wonky, he kept trying to re-do but was getting frustrated with himself.When I showed them to the lady in charge she said she could see the problem and would fix it herself.She then asked me to sit down but sent the same guy over to re-do! Obviously he was already annoyed that I complained and he was frustrated with his ability to do the tips (kept wiping them off and re-doing) and was manhandling my hands aggressively, huffing and puffing in the process. His English was really poor so he was relying on the lady to say what needed to be done, but he just quit and moved on to the next customer and she called saying I will do it in 5 mins.I walked out, I offered to pay for the toes for which they took full money even though I had an extremely bad experience, I left with my finger nails half done and in a mess but no apologies offered or discount despite wasting 2.5yrs there!Worst service ever, will never go again.

I used unique nails for the first time yesterday and I’m so pleased the staff were friendly and did such a good job on my nails exactly what I wanted I was so happy with my nails there done so well x

Professional lady that takes pride in her work and doesn't rush. UPDATED REVIEW..came in last Monday and was short changed by Manager. I always have glitter infills and pay £23-£27 plus I use my student discount. Last week I paid £40 and was only given back £5 and presented my NUS card? I was distracted talking to someone so didn’t realise until I left the shop, then felt embarrassed to go back. I paid full set price when I only had infills and the manager knew what she was doing...Another salon that has lost my loyalty will not be returning.

I loved the service here! I got my nails done quickly and they came out exactly how I wanted them to! I will definitely be coming here regularly to get my nails done and I'll also recommend them to my friends. 10/10.

My number one nail techs in Brum. They have done my nails a few times and have been so understanding when ever I need to cancel. My most recent visit was 3 weeks ago and my nails are still holding up strong, I don’t even need to do my infills just yet but I can’t wait until my next appointment.
