So because I literally didn’t write itRibbon silverCarnation blueRose whitemy order was unclear to them so and they would not accept a return and issue a refund as it was not their mistake and the items are bespoke, mate cut the cable ties and reuse the letters they are letters made from artificial flowers! I know you’re going to reply to this with an excuse as to why you could not possibly be in the wrong but your incompetence shines through with every reply you make to negative feedback. EBay had to step in and issued a refund. ALWAYS READ THE REVIEWS FIRSTEdit to replyit does not you are a LIARas it states if you don’t specify then it will be sent as the first photo! The flowers are yellow/gold in the first photo not white and the flowers in the other first photo are cream/ivory also not white, no where does it state that they will be sent in white so your point is what?the description also says ribbon carnation and rose hence the order I wrote them in,If you were unsure you should have messaged as any competent company would,I also come with receiptsGladly I’m not daft and didn’t give you the exact date of the funeraltake responsibility,“the likes of yourself “says a lot about you dear! Fourth time I've ordered from Silky Bouquets, and that go above and beyond all expectations and cannot do enough for the customer.I've had beautiful flower arrangements for my father, father in law, and now my mother, and also a beautiful rainbow potted bouquet with butterflies for a very special little girl who passed away which sits in a cabinet in our reception area.I've been nothing but amazed at the sheer quality of the arrangements.Silky Bouquets are wonderful, cannot praise them enough.

Ordered a coffin spray for my father's funeral was sent out the next day, unfortunately evri lost the parcel. I contacted silky bouquets to let them know what happened and they were great, I had to wait until evri had done final searches but luckily I had ordered in advance, they sent out a replacement that day and I recieved it today. The spray is beautiful I would highly recommend this company. Very professional and courteous. Thank you!

My mum ordered and called them directly and asked them to make nice as was for greatgrandson a child. She was happy with the delivery however on opening she was devastated the ribbon did not appear to cover the oasis because she could see all the green at the bottom sides and the top was the final straw, mum called them to make complain and said a rude woman came on phone not understanding said that how it comes mum told her its not right rhey didnt care, said if nor happy Dont tamper return and they refund . This was needed so was not an option they refused to even send out a bit of ribbon. Had to take mum we got some pleated ribbon and pins and i completed it . Mum said they need to work on customer seevice and how to to talk to people whenin grief mum said she is happy with actual flowers but not even a memori card to write on got one 30p mums so upswt that they just dont care or even about their workmanship and its just about money. They its appauling.Who ever owns this buisness please feel free to contact my mum you will have her contacr number as she not food on internet she asked me to this for her

Just received delivery of our memorial flowers for my brothers funeral. Mum and I are really pleased with the quality, colours and designs of each of the pieces we ordered. Artificial flowers don't always photograph well, but these look lovely in person and are a much more affordable option if you'd prefer not to buy real flowers for them to wilt and end up in the bin anyway.Ordering online was easy, were sent updates along each step and received them in good time.
