First time I 'd used these solicitors for conveyancing. Took a long while, nearly six months; however wasn't the firms fault; more legal issues concerning my sale & purchase. The solicitor who dealt with my conveyancing was thorough and helpful regarding any questions I may have.Due to these delays and the length of time taken; I was expecting a bigger bill than quoted.The final bill shocked me and gave me a pleasant surprise; it wasn't much different to my initial quote.Overall sometimes it can be hard getting in contact with your solicitor; but I was contacted, given the full information by my solicitor , which helped me to cope with the stress of moving.If I hadn't moved out of the area; I would use Chadwicks as my Solicitors. Fare price and friendly practice; well worth a look.
