I would like to recommend Wainwright Estate Agents & in Particular Paul Sanders who has has dealt with the purchase & kept doggedly onto my Solicitors & others in the chain to get to the stage of Exchange . the Company 1st Rate unlike the 3 solicitors & there companies that have been involved in the chain to date.Paul has provided straight talk in keeping me up to date with each Solicitor involved , just wish the Solicitors had the same ethics .

We sold our home through Wainwrights and completed two weeks ago. They were recommended by a friends daughter who had worked there before. Claire was our agent and she was brilliant. Selling your home is stressful and even more so if you find your ongoing purchase, but Claire made it as easy as possible. I really appreciated the feedback they always gave after viewings, and they did all of them so we were able to leave the house and let any potential buyers have a really good look around without us being there, which I think is much better for potential buyers. They were as a team really efficient and responded to any queries or requests quickly which is really important when you are going through the stress and drama of selling and buying. I would highly recommend them, and as a local independent estate agent they really know the market and what their potential buyers are looking for.

We went through referencing for a flat with Wainwright Estate Agents.The whole process was smooth, with contact being perfect- very efficient (and which is difficult to find nowadays!).The lady (whose name I unfortunately cannot remember) who showed me around the property was delightful, could answer all my questions and squeezed me in.Once we had been accepted for referencing my partner and I were passed to Paul, who kept in contact with us, was happy to answer any questions and lead us through the process perfectly.When it came to signing the tenancy agreement, Paul came in on his day off so that my partner and I didn’t have to miss work, he spoke through all the documents with us and gave us plenty of time to read through the agreement (I have felt rushed before).Overall, these are the best agents I have dealt with, and would highly recommend them.
