Please avoid. I came here after seeing all the glowing reviews but these guys work from a barber shop. I took my iPhone which was constantly in reboot mode but after what was an hour I was returned a phone that was completely dead and told to go to apple instead.Guess what Apple said the phone was beyond repair, not that I had high hopes for Apple anyway because they usually say rubbish and try to get you to buy new products

Well, my laptop wasn't fast as I wanted it to be. It also had other technical issues that drove me crazy, so I reached out to Smart Services. They checked it thoroughly and fixed it in a few days. Today, the laptop works like a brand new. Hence, 5 star.Mr T

I had a brilliant experience here! My front camera was broken and the back of the screen was really cracked so they both needed replacing. I needed to have a specific camera part ordered in to store which was done really quickly and efficiently, and once the part had arrived both my camera and screen were fixed within a few hours - the service overall was super timely, affordable (which is particularly important as I am a student) and the communication throughout the process was great too. I have every confidence that should anything happen to my phone again I will be going back!

What an interesting place: repair shop with barbershop!!! I filled a form left my device and in a couple of hours, got a message it's ready.This is definitely a place that answers your repair needs as their Technicians do the Job quicker and well. So don't hesitate because of the Barbershop as the work together.

Just popped in on a Friday with my phone to have the screen repaired. Was greeted friendly and the issue was promptly received. The work was done over the weekend and I was notified to pick it up. Quite good value :)

MacBook screen was replaced for a fair price but it was repaired wrong and started breaking after a week. Would have rather paid the extra money somewhere else if I knew this would happen. I think 2 stars is good.

My Dell XPS laptop became too slow after 3 year of use. Battery also run out of steam!Smart Services did a general overhaul; upgraded the RAM, New SSD and new battery at affordable price.The turnaround time was within 5 days and laptop is in super charge mode and work extremely well.Service was professional and efficient.Definitely recommend!

My laptop screen was broken in the mid of my assignment time at school. I brought it to Apple Store and it took more than a week to repair, I found Smart Service and the laptop was repaired within 3 days with reasonable price. And there was a technical problem after 1,5 months but the manager there helped me fix it without additional fee. Thank you so much. I hope my laptop is fine from now on. Highly recommend for macbook repair. Cheers!

My new laptop wasn't turning on, so I took it to Smart Service. They quoted a very reasonable price, and repaired the laptop within 24 hours. A month or so later I had another issue with the laptop, and Smart Service fixed it within a few hours, free of charge! Ise is a very friendly bloke. I'd recommend Smart Service to anyone in Cambridge.

Took my MacBook Pro to Smart services after Apple said it needed a new logic board as the OS could not be installed. In a couple of days my laptop was repaired and in full working order. Very happy with the speed and quality of service. Would recommend to anyone who needs a computer repair.
