I have just completed a number of sessions with Denise who offered me a great mix of Coaching and hypnotherapy sessions. I found them jam packed with great advice and Denise has a unique mix of sense and no nonsense great advice but plenty of empathy too.I had reduced confidence and motivation and moved from what seemed an abyss to being far happier, more motivated and more effective boundaries both personally and in business. I'm confident to move forward again and recommend this Programme to any one needing help. Thanks also to Jessen James for connecting me to Denise.

I wanted to take part in the Design Your Life course because I have been feeling stuck. Life hasn't been easy over the last few years and I was having trouble motivating myself to do anything, had stopped exercising and couldn't see any way forward.Denise is absolutely lovely, she is a great coach who asks the right questions to kick you up the bum and get you thinking differently about things. I loved the format of the course - we had an intimate group that we all felt comfortable sharing personal things with. By the end of the 9 (I think?) weeks, we even started to coach each other in our weekly meetups.At the beginning, I didn't really have any goals or direction. During the course I started seeing small ways to move things forwards and by the end, I was much clearer on what I want and how to make it happen.I'm really happy to have been a part of this and would highly recommend working with Denise.

Design your Life course was a game changer for me. The well-structured curriculum and insightful comments and guidance from Denise, helped me gain a deeper level of self-awareness. The accessible strategies and guidance provided , hypnotherapy , humour and the calm, safe space that Denise provided, helped me alter my attitude to myself, feel more confident and empowered and to make responsible choices that are helping me achieve what I have always known I am capable of. I highly recommend this course to anyone who feels stuck, defeated and wants to experience their true potential.

I had a few sessions with Denise about 2 years ago. I enjoyed the sessions and especially the hypnosis at the end, the calming words and guidance from Denise had me doze off on more than one occasion! Denise was passionate, caring and very professional. I noticed a change in perspective and a growth in my confidence as a result of the sessions. Thank you Denise :) .
