Jumping on the back of of others, robbing people blind, I called in for 10ltr's of Add Blue, normally £13.00, they wanted to charge me £39 for the same. Will never go back

Absolutely horrendous, I’ve just stood 20 minutes waiting to pay for fuel and coffee 15/12/20 at 14:00.Asian lady was stood with 1 customer for over 20 minutes while the queue built up to 10+ people in the midst of a global pandemic.... please sort out

Great customer service. Owner is extremely polite and courteous. He gone out of the way to sort out the problem.Highly recommended.

The staff/facilities are great, fuel prices not so. Cheaper at shell leeming bar on the A1 and shell peterlee on the A19. Don’t know how that can be justified???

Lovely customer service advisor called Nabs very cheerful & well presented had a lovely chitchat very satisfied by her customer service solved my problem within seconds!! amazing work

This is my regular stop for diesel, queues are generally quick to clear and the service is good. As with most services food and things inside aren't cheap, but they've a good range of essentials if you need something on your way to work.

A week to fix the ev charging points. I bet if that was the petrol pumps it would have fixed a lot quicker

I visited in July I went inside to pay while my husband put in petrol. I was served by a lady who talked non stop tapped my credit card and was offered a receipt which I declined and left the petrol station. Two months later I have received a letter from Forecourt Eye accusing me of driving off with out paying on checking my bank acct the payment has not gone through and I have now been branded a thief and had to pay an additional £30 all because of a member of staff who was incompetent and only interested in gossiping I spoke to her manager who said she would call me back but failed to do that when I called her back she really wasn't interested and said she could only apologize but really it was my fault as I should have checked my bank to ensure the payment went through..THE SERVICE IS DISGUSTING..MAKE SURE YOU TAKE YOUR RECEIPT as you will be branded a thief because of incompetent staff and Management or alternative use another station as I will in future
