Staff very arrogant and rude. Do not recommend to anyone, ordered over £20 worth of food for delivery to wait for 2 hours at the front of my house. The driver then phoned up and said he had already been and phoned us 4 times. This was complete lies we had not seen him and did not receive any phone calls. This came from a very angry and aggressive man who had no ounce of customer service ability. Are you thinking about using this place? Don’t With the lack of respect they have for you I wouldn’t trust them with your food. Go anywhere else.

We have been using this takeaway for over 4 years. The food had always been good however the delivery service is appalling. Never appears in the hour. Tonight it is now 1 hour and 20 minutes since order placed and no food. Will never place another order here.Food eventually turned up almost 2hrs later and required warming up in the microwave.Only given 1 star as delivery driver was polite and friendly

Have used this place in the past and its been OK. Tonight though I had probable the worst meal I've ever had. Three of the five dishes where inedible. The only good think was the speed of the delivery. I will not be using this place again.

Very disappointed with our order. Soft noodles were dry an burnt and the honey chilli chicken was solid to bite, an the chicken had a funny taste and smell. Not edible. They did offer to replace it but after a meal like that, no chance. Wont be back

Good price for food. I got Chicken Balls, Chips and Curry Sauce, free crackers. Unfortunately Chicken Balls and Chips were really Greasy and left oil on my lips and the crackers weren't fresh. Hope this is taken as constructive Criticism from the owners.

Food-wise 5 stars! Very delicious, authentic, tasty, delicious Chinese cuisine. I'm quite demanding when it comes to Chinese cuisine. I tried many places while travelling the world but this one makes it to my Top 3 in Scotland! Prices are very reasonable, please keep up the good work. Customer service-wise yes it could be improved, the guy at the counter didn't know to tell me details about food ingredients and didn't even make an effort to ask or to get the information. It felt like I was there as an extra demand"

Need more delivery drivers as food takes over an hour and is almost cold when it arrives. Every single time I have to phone up so they can send it in the next run. With delivery costing £5 you’d think it would be faster. Absolutely gutted. This has happened so many times. If they weren’t the only Chinese takeout open on a Tuesday I def would order elsewhere

The biggest complaint I hear about this place is how long it takes to arrive when ordering for delivery. It usually takes so long that the meal is cold by the time it gets to its destination, nobody likes cold food.You really need to up your delivery game...
