I had a full body massage, i selected deep for pressure but it was much too gentle. The bed was lovely and heated but the room I was in was for 2 people and although there was a stunt wall and curtain for privacy, I was disturbed by the other customer and masseuse chatting, which was unfortunate when i wanted to relax. I wouldn't exactly say it was full body as there were a few areas missed out. It was very cheap but I wouldn't go back. The girls were lovely though.

Lesley was absolutely brilliant. It's very rare to get value for money in anything these days but The Pamper Room certainly ticks all the boxes. Thoroughly recommend and will be returning again.

I booked a pedicure online, received an email confirmation that I had booked. So, wasted an afternoon going to their location, climbing stairway that reeked of cigarettes, the waiting room was a dump, then told by a not so pleasant woman they had no booking for me. When I looked at my email, apparently they weren't confirming appt, only that I booked online. What a wonderful system :-// So, didn't get pedicure, no intention of returning to that place!

My daughter and I had a full body massage and facial. Both Michell and Bhavandeep were very good.The room was clean, comfortable and warm.I’ve had a lot of massages and this was up there as one of the best I’ve ever had.Excellent value for money, would definitely recommend

Had a 50min Full Body Massage with Michelle and one of the best massages I have ever had. I have had a lot of massage at exclusive salons and by far this was the best massage ever. Wonderful and friendly staff. Have already booked my next session.

I got a groupon voucher to get my nails gel polished, I also got my eyebrows waxed and coloured, it was my first time in the salon. I was delighted with my treatments, the girl, Michelle, was really nice and professional. The other staff were all friendly too. I would absolutely recommend the pamper room, I will absolutely be going back.

Absolutely fantastic took my sister today for wee treat. We got a back neck shoulders facial and hopi ear candle. Great value would highly recommend especially Valerie she was just amazing. But both me and my sister felt amazing walking out thanks again girls xxx

Bought a voucher for 3 treatments in 90 mins for £16. Excellent value for money. Got gel on my hand and toe nails. Love the colours silver changes to black when nails are cold. Finished with a back neck and shoulder massage. Although the girl who did it is young she knows what she is doing. Lots of different technics used. Loved it so much I have booked in again and this time I have asked for nail art. Definitely worth a visit and great value for money

Excellent therapists. Really enjoyed my massage. The room is divided by a partition so you can hear the client and therapist on the other side. The space is very cramped for the therapist. A little reorganisation is needed. Also the Pamper Room is located on the first floor. The stairwell with limited handrails could do with a clean. To be fair, it was a very windy day and litter was blowing in because the main door cannot stay closed.

Just had a full body massage at the pamper rooms in Hamilton. Fantastic experience, so very relaxed now. Customer service excellent. Thank you very much. Well worth a visit.
