The service I have received when visiting Fone Us Mill Hill was phenomenal. The guy who helped me, Sam, I think is the owner, was so knowledgeable and helpful. I was so worried I'd lost all my data and he managed to not only recover my info but also sorted me out with some great deals. Service was 10/10 could not fault! My phone was in terrible condition with so many problems and it was fixed with ease - like a brand new phone! Store is lovely and the owner is so helpful really knows his stuff! Definitely recommend using this service

The shop was meant to be open at 10, I arrived as I expected it to be open and it was not. I called edgware branch for some clarification and was told “the guys alarm didn’t go off so wait for him”, very unprofessional. On the second call I was told by the same unhappy and rude man “the time I told you is the time I told you, you can tell the guy how frustrated you are when he turns up”. As someone who owns a business and also worked in one, this is the most unprofessional and rude customer service I have ever had the misfortune of experiencing. I am local and have visited numerous times, this has really ruined the view I have of all branches if this is how they are trained to talk to customers. I am travelling and opening the shop more than 50 mins late is disgraceful for any business. Please learn how to speak to customers and retrain the edgware branch especially on customer service.

Came in to get a pair of earphones and phone within a certain budget, the owner Sam helped me with a discount to get upgrade on a new phone and pair of earphones for free and helped me transfer all my data over too. Thank you Sam will always be returning to you.
