Theses legends have have rescued me twice!! Cant recommend them highly enough! Everyone I’ve dealt with here are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Prices have been fair considering the work they’ve carried out and true to their word and kept me informed throughout. I will be using them for all future work and recommend them to anyone with a Subaru. Seriously many thanks all the team at pole position! My car drives sweet!!

Had a issue I couldn’t find booked it in and a few days later issue fixed, hate using garages normally as I feel you sometimes don’t get what you pay for, the opposite here defo use again and save me self the hassle and won’t feel ripped of, great service for very reasonable price (great bunch who know there stuff) A****** pe03 zzx

WARNING!!!!!!OWNER IS NOT AS NICE AS HE MAKES OUT TO BE…First time I met the owner (Shar) at pole position he wasn’t nothing but nice and friendly, gave little tour of his office and explained future projects (mechanical courses) he had for women to help identify mechanical faults, I felt reassured that this was place to come with any issue and repairs with my mothers car and I would not get any issues as a women..,The car was eventually booked in for a MOT which came back with faults as expected as I mentioned this when booking it in (engine management light & tyre warning light ) we were told repaired needed to be done as it would fail it’s MOT, this was paid for and repair done..Few weeks later the tyre light came back on with an oil light..I went back to query it only to be told to go else where to check tyres as it may be a puncture which I did and was told by kwik fit that the sensor was too low and needed to be repaired, I asked if this was something that would fail the mot he confirmed yes..I then made several calls to speak to shar and was advised on several occasions he is not in the office but would pass the message on..I then made a visit to office and waited for him to arrive. When he did arrive and he eventually acknowledged me. I explained about the car and also that I made several calls to which he replied he never got any messages from his assistant , I was met with nothing but patronising and condescending comments and told me that I was aggressive and that I was first to complain about his service, he had no interest in resolving the matter, I left emotionally exhausted by this man who supposedly prides himself on reliable good service especially women.

The guys here really are brilliant plied me with coffee and biscuits all day and worked an extra two hours to make sure I got home as I was 100 and odd miles away, as there were complications with my car ranging from brakes to bonnet catch etc etc, I also got a really good result on the dyno at 507bhp big thanks to Andrew Carr for the mapping and the other lads too working the dyno, and also their mechanics were top class on my car & their hospitality was nothing short of brilliant

Got my Subaru WRX-S remapped here. Travelled 3.5 hours as I wanted to take it to a Subaru specialist with a good reputation. Really happy with the results and the staff were great. Would definitely recommend!

Easily the best place to take your subarus, staff are friendly as anything, very thorough and efficient in their work, I would 100% recommend these to anyone

My son had his subaru impreza sti (2004) in for new cambelt kit and stage 2 clutch going back soon to have more work done very happy customer for life now

I sent a classic to get 2.1 stoker build..i changed my mind half way through the build and decided to scrap the car and instead I got a running gear new age which pole position honoured the original price of the build they even went above and beyond to conduct the sale of my classic to a customer I told them was coming they took off all bits I needed of the classic at short notice..sha jez ryan kye all top lads they are very flexible and not money hungry they have saved me loads of money and ain’t pressured me to buy unnecessary parts.. pole position are the best in the game can’t fault them one bit they are honest and reliable and ask you what your Budget is and what you want from your car. Customer service is amazing and the work they carry out is to a top level couldn’t recommend them enough.if you got a Subaru these lot are they guys to be with …like I said they are not hungry for your money they have got lots of work on and just want your car to be completed so they can move on the next job
