Myself and my friends had a lovely meal here, greeted by some amazing staff member. Seán, Adam and I forgot the other ladies name but she was super fun and engaging. She brought a fun atmosphere to our experience. Seán was also amazing, as he helped us through the menu, choosing the right food and drinks.The food was tasty but took a while to get to us and I would suggest some more colour on the plates as it will make the dishes look more exciting.Overall, I'd definitely visit again.

Taste of South Africa - complementary roosterkoek (rolls) to start what more can I say... Gorgeous food, great location and atmosphere. Definitely a place to try if you like your seafood.

Tasty stuff! Fast and friendly service from Niki (keep up the good work Niki!). This place serves up fresh and delicious grilled fish dishes.The taste reminds me of the original Ocean Basket from South Africa, so that is a good thing!Give this place a try, you won't be disappointed.

Having not had Ocean Basket for over a year and 4 years before that, I was SO looking forward to trying out your restaurant in Kingston and man, it didn’t disappoint! Everything was delicious and d service was fantastic! Definitely worth the trip from Barcelona and will be back again soon!

We visited the restaurant during Saturday lunch time. We were lucky to enjoy our delicious food by the river. The service was amazing, everyone was making sure, that the guest have a pleasant experience.Our fish and chips was nicely cooked, not oily. The calamari and whitebait starter was also crunchy and flavourful.Thank you for the great lunch.

Nice fresh seafood, had the six fresh oyster platter and the seafood platter for 1 , everything was delicious. Friendly and helpful staff, food was served in 10 minutes from ordering . Try and book the tables next to the window for a pretty view over Thames river .

I'd seen this place a couple of times driving past and had wrongly assumed that it was just fish and chips however, it's much more than that.OB do a wide variety of sea food including prawns, calamari, mussels, oysters as well as a whole fish.Food was very tasty and the portion sizes were good.Definitely try the platters- very well presented and prepared fresh with their signature sauce which is abolutely delicious.Thank you to the table staff member who helpfully reminded" us that it was OB Kingston's first year aniversary so we could claim a glass of prosecco if we wished them Happy Birthday!"

The restaurant was packed. We had a big group for Christmas lunch and as you can expect few of us were late because of the traffic. Was a rainy day so couldn’t take full advantage of the view.The food was absolutely amazing and so fresh.The staff was going about and beyond to help and accommodate us. Big thanks to Victor, which seem to actually serve more than half of the restaurant. I really don’t know how he does it . And all with a smile and cracking jokes.

This restaurant is one of the most delicious seafood spots we have ever been around Kingston that we went to dine 3 times in our 2 weeks in the UK. The freshest seafood & flavorful selection. The staff were friendly too, which made the experience even better.
