The Mailbox Centre
Completely incompetent. EVERY month they fail to register payment, even bouncing payments. There is no accountability - their emails are not signed by a person, which tells you their mentality as a business - so you can't tell which idiot is responsible for solving the problem - and they don't respond to emails. It takes a lot of your time to solve the problems they cause as a business that can't get even the basics right.
