I recently spoke to and went to see Richard in person who was selling a Mini Cooper S, I drove 2 hours to get to him & the car was even better than described. He insisted on a good test drive before purchasing, went through the history with me and receipts, he even had background info from when the 1st owner bought it from the dealership from new. Very confident in this great car and would look at what he had to sell in the future as so pleased with the Mini. Not pushy and just a friendly honest dealer who is only too happy to make sure you know as much as possible before buying a car from him. Bought car from Richard for my ADI (Driving School) and it has been a pleasurable good experience. Genuine person with high professional qualities. He managed to get the car ready in very short notice despite the fact that he was going on holiday next morning.

This is the third time I've seen Richard and the third time he has been utterly brilliant. He is a salt of the Earth, no flannel Yorkshireman who cares deeply about his customers and his family. Every 1 of the 3 cars he has supplied to me has been brilliant but even if you do have an issue he won't fob you off with excuses. He takes it on the chin and does everything to help. Seriously, if you are looking at the stock he has and worried because he's not part of a franchise? Don't. He's brilliant and I won't be using anybody but him in the future. If you could come up with a character who you would buy a used car from, it would be Richard. From his friendly manner in response to my out-of-hours phone call to the lengthy test drive we undertook at his suggestion, so that I could really get a feel for the car I wanted to buy, Richard's service was second-to-none. He is as genuine and courteous as he is professional and helpful. I will definitely call him in future when I'm back in the market for a car, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

I recently purchased a Hyundai Getz from Richard and the level of service from beginning to end was brilliant! I emailed him and arranged a viewing, he was always quick to reply and my partner and I went to see the car. When we got there the car was ready to be viewed - clean and easy to get to. We took it out for a test drive and we were very happy with the car. Richard had recently done an Mot and the car was in very good condition for the age. Later that day, I sent a deposit and arranged to pick the car up two days later. When my partner and I went to pick up the car, Richard picked us up at the train station (we accidentally went to the wrong train station but he went and picked us up anyway!). I also bought a 3-month comprehensive warranty and I am very very happy with the car. I have had it now for 3 weeks and I am so glad I bought it from Richard. Went there to buy my first car a ford fiesta. Richard was extremely helpful I didn’t know loads about cars but he helped show me what to look for, what to check and convinced me to test drive the car. Chuffed with the car and really appreciate the time Richard took to explain how to take care of the car when I picked it up. Highly recommend him.
