Great convenient store but many times I have to go elsewhere due to stuff not in stock...simply things like flexible gutter sealant or cementine water sealant

Always got the stuff I need in stock, friendly staff and always easy to get parked, great!

Went into woodseats branch today not really knowing what exactly we wanted. The poor fella who helped us named Bob was very patient and helpful. And eventually we left store with exactly what we needed. Brilliant service

My choice to pick up my diy bits. Decent price. Good staff

Terrible dystopian future. All tool shops have now shut (Alltools, Staniforth Rd) or close early, switched to hospital visiting times (Turner Hire!) so you find yourself at these places, writing codes down on a betting slip. It is a bet as well. Went for an angle grinder advertised in the catalogue and online. Not in store. Ok, can you order it for me? No, it's not in the warehouse......what? What's the point in advertising something you don't actually sell? It was a resounding no as well, in a tone on the lines of push off.......I did, Dear Michael, Turner Hire, please open till 5pm and on a Saturday morning again.......please.
