Really nice seller, just put a deposit down on a car.

AVOID !! - He was great during enquiries and test drive but then the problems started, The car was advertised on Auto Trader as having a new clutch and because we knew clutches on Mini's can be expensive we decided to pay slightly more on the purchase because of this. I asked when we bought it for proof of the new clutch and all the excuses started, everything from the garage owner is away or I'll get it for you tomorrow, even said he had covid at one point. I messaged him weekly for 3 months for the proof of the new clutch and it never appeared.. so now we own a car that we paid more than we wanted because of peace of mind and I doubt very much its had a new clutch.. just lies to get a sale. I have given him plenty of chances, I was polite and never threatening. Typical dodgy car dealer. I won't buy from him again and advise everyone to avoid any dealings with him.

Don't deal with this company put deposit down to hold it car looked good on video and it was going to be motd then we get call saying it failed my partner wanted to see it so we went down searched for the garage all we found was a private house no cars we have lost the deposit according to the company so as far as I'm concerned it's not trust worthy ..trustworthy operation

Purchased a mini and it was sold with a dodgy immobiliser. Car was sat for 3 weeks unusable whilst seller was on 'holiday'. Was told to sort it out myself even though he knew it wasn't working correctly. On further discovery there was a fault with the radiator. The timing chain had not been changed as advertised resulting in the car's engine being damaged and having to write the car off 8 months after purchase. I don't recommend buying from this dealer and wish I had read these comments before I did.

Bought a car here March 2021, get customer service whilst there, very happy to help with finance queries etc, whilst driving home the passenger seat alarm start going off saying someone’s sat in it with no seatbelt on even though there was no one in it, this has continued to happen randomly. The CD player has never worked, was told one had been ordered, but got lost in transit, so was ordering another one. Told me he had it I could collect but wouldn’t set a time to collect, then he said he’d deliver to my stepdad who was local. Again nothing happened, I kept messaging and then was told he had really bad covid. Since then still nothing. So I’m probably now going to have to replace it myself.Not happy with the service at all.

Warning!!!!!! Avoid this dealer!!!!My wife bought a car from him and that was a terrible mistake as she believed all his lies.He is a deceiver and we are having so much trouble trying to get him to fix the car he sold us saying that it had been fixed before hand.Two weeks after buying the car we took it to our local garage to check its condition and we found out that the engine was completely worn out and needed a full rebuilt.I just dont want other people to face all the frustration and disappointment we have been through and I WILL shout to the world" so he will not deceive others."

Polite seller, but failed to mention the chassis rust that would prevent it passing an MOT. When challenged, it was reported that 'any cars under £1500 are not checked over, they are just in and out'. Also, 'I won't be compensating you as if I compensated every customer who complained then I wouldn't make a profit'. I would not trust this seller.

Said he ordered parcel shelf and it never arrived. Any after care needed you will have to chase and chase and still nothing is done. The car had issues that never got sorted and didn't have all the optional extras as advertised so check everything! Not very professional and if anything the worst dealer I've dealt with. I would avoid this one for sure!
