He is incredibly knowledgeable in martial arts and encourages everyone to get involved.You don't need to be a 6 foot Adonis and really fit to take up Conceptual Hapkido. As a 5 foot 1 lightly active female, I can personally attest to this.You will be able to use the techniques even as a beginner and enjoy building on these techniques to go up the belt grades at your own pace.Great value for money and if you are serious about learning self-defence don't go anywhere else.
