Old manager who would bully staff member witnessed by multiple members of the public even heard swearing at staff while walking by the store. Making it very uncomfortable to buy again from the store. Staff sadly overworked and not being paid for it. Staff also being asked to work overtime promised being paid and unfortunately not getting it at the end of the month. Staff also being denied every holiday they apply for and are unable to be paid for them when the end of the year comes.Very unethical company.

Fab service by Shanu today. Was handed a sample of Abid Ambre which I have in the oil & asked if they had a spray. He was really attentive and friendly and I purchased the spray - it's soooo nice. Thank you ☺️

Amazing service today from the 2 lovely gents on the counter / stall. Wanted to try some of the fragrance oils and they went above & beyond in helping me settled on 3 (2 for me, 1 for my partner!) really reasonably priced & there’s a massive selection of scents to choose from!
