Went to get a few inches off for a trim (so my hair would end at my collarbones) and some LONG layers cut into my hair, so that it would look choppy and not blunt at the ends. Your salon is probably the WORST I have ever been to! She has cut the layers on the left side of my hair WAY too short, so much so that there is a step in my hair on the left side and it feels like there is practically none of it left! Not only that, but the ends are still blunt! DO NOT go here! I have never been so upset with my hair. I wish I could get my money back!
