Have had a couple deliveries in last two weeks and the same delivery driver (Nick). Hands down the most polite and helpful delivery driver that’s delivered anything to me. And both times I got a call 45 min ahead of delivery so that I could be ready. Quality of the timber received also very good - ordered three plywood boards from another builders merchant nearby in Park Royal this week and the quality far inferior to what I have had from Selco. Lesson learnt.

I have a job in the garden that needed jumbo bags of mixed sand and i ordered the wrong one. In the middle of the Job, i needed the right material so i have been to the store and the team was fantastic. Hassan, Loraine and the driver ( Saturday 27 May 2023)got me 3 bags, same day and rang me to see if all good. The first driver Thomas was excellent too made his best with his big truck to drop the bags by my garden. I highly recommend Selco Hanger Lane

This store is excellent, particularly the staff and turnaround time for deliveries. I have so much respect for the staff, given how hard they work and the quality of service they offer. This place has everything you need to build a house from start to finish.Garden fences, plaster, cement, paint, tiles, roofing, you name it and it's there, and if it's not they will order it for you.Staff is very helpful, the place has a customer, disabled friendly bathroom and Angels café" for those who want to munch on something. They do delivery and click and collect.Excellent service."

Spend over 1000 and requested a return/refund of 2 items under value of £100.Eventho I was within 28 days return policy and hadn’t use the item, the staff there wasn’t willing to accept the return as there was fingerprints on the item !!There was no sign of usage/damage but they were trying to abuse their power and not issue the refund. I asked for management and also complain procedure which they denied to provide !!!I got the police involved got my refund, and received the managements full name and contacts to proceed with complain.Not only they disrespecting me as their customer, but also they were absolutely dishonest about the return policy, not willing to show their terms and conditions, and also they denied to give me their name/Id number which made me to involve the police.
