Great place to board your extended family members (pets not Grandad!). They really cared for our two Guinea Pigs as if they were their own pets with outdoor exercise when the weather allowed. Highly recommended.

Simply the best place to leave your small animals in wonderful indoor cages, with outdoor runs available, weather permitting and Kate is just the most perfect host. My two bunnies stay regularly and love it there.

We took our 60 year-old tortoise Nelly there for the third time. Always a pleasure dealing with Kate and Geoff, would highly recommend. Best wishes Christine x

Highly Recommended. We have just returned from our holiday and Now Boarding Medway kindly looked after our two guinea pigs. Their set up is very secure and the animals are well cared for. There is plenty of opportunity for them to exercise. We would most certainly use this company again in the future.

Think about the best place you could board you small pet (rabbit, guinea pig, even bearded dragon) and this place is just BETTER!We visited to check the place out and finalise our rabbit's short visit later this year and were blown away by the cleanliness, space and facilities provided. Air-conditioning tops the list, particularly with the current hot weather.Run by a pet-owning former veterinary nurse, so your pet is in safe hands.

This was the first time I had used Now Boarding and certainly won't be the last. Both Kate and Geoff are very friendly and care about you and your pets. The fact that Kate is a trained veterinary was very beneficial. My bunny is a house rabbit and I knew she would be ok in their heated hotel, plenty of room in her hut with a potty too. They listen to your habits you have and keep them going while your bunny stays with them. I even loved that when I messaged to ask if she was ok they were very informative with their response which put my mind at ease that she was settled ok. Thanks again for looking after my baby.

Kate and Geoff have just looked after my 2 rabbits (Sheldon and Truffles) am so happy I have found them. Sheldon now has medical issues needing more care than most rabbits, and due to this I was very very nervous about leaving him. Kate went above and beyond with him and I will certainly be going back. Thank you for giving such good care!

Wonderful service! Our buns have stayed at Now Boarding Pet Hotel in Medway twice now and they absolutely love it! Kate is really lovely and very knowledgeable leaving me feeling very reassured our little fluff heads are in safe hands. They are both very well looked after with unlimited hay along with their own space to relax and snooze as well as some run around time for exercise! Highly recommend! No doubt our buns will be back again soon :)
