SAB Maintenance Ltd

Used them again recently to replace my hot water tank to my apartment. They were aware of the recent change in building regs and communicated well. Stuck to date as promised and very pleased with the quality of the work. Great friendly service.I've read through the negative reviews and feel I need to redress the balance. I'm a landlord and have used SAB for 5 years. The service is excellent and they will never try to rip you off with bogus repairs. The receptionist is professional and always courteous. It's a mystery why people want to leave such rotten reviews.

I have been using SAB Maintenance for in excess of 10 years for maintenance on 2 rental properties. I cannot understand the negative reviews I read here, as the engineers and both Shaz and Barbara in the office have always been efficient, polite, and very professional. They have never let me down and have attended any problem we have ever experienced within a day or two.

I was passed contact details on a recommendation for kitchen electrical issues in an apartment.Responsiveness to quote request was prompt and at a very competitive price. Provided support and suggestions around differing options which enabled me to make the best decisions.Communication throughout the whole process was very engaging and they were very flexible around various elements such as timing of visit and they even procured the parts for the work.When the two gents arrived, the job turned out to be much more troublesome than originally anticipated. They spent an extra day helping resolve issues which were not of their making and ensured that every appliance/fitting was to the highest possible standard.It was a pleasure having them and I will definitely keep their details. Although based on the extra time they willingly spent they might think twice again about taking on the job and I wouldn't blame!Again, many thanks guys and all the best in future.

Got carrried away with positive reviews. I am sorry to say but this was my first time engaging with them, and the lack of expertise is very disappointing. Late in responding to the query and poor evaluation of the issue.I have since engaged another vendor to carry out some repair work in my flat.

SAB Maintenance provided polite, professional help when my boiler started leaking.They did a good job of identifying the issue, explaining how they'd fix it and what it would take do so in a way that made me as the customer feel valued.Great work, much appreciated.

Fantastic service from SAB maintenance. We had a serious issue with our shower unit and it ended up being replaced by these guys.Superb assessment by Sab and great job by Ibran who came to install the new unit. Overall brilliant experience and I highly recommend it.

one of the employees came to fix an issue with our toilet, he had it working within 10 minutes and explained the issue. he was great with answering questions. friendly service, thanks guys :)

Brilliant company to deal with!I've always had a good experience when I've dealt with SAB Maintenance.They have done excellent work for myself and the company I work for.As with many review sites people only tend to leave reviews when they feel they have had a bad experience, I am also guilty of doing this to at times and forget to leave reviews for good to amazing service.I think its safe to say there must be a lot of others out there that have had an excellent service from SAB but don't think to leave a review.5 Stars from me, keep up the good work!

Am so happy with this company. Have just had a number of jobs done in my apartment. Inc hot water cylinder service and sorting out the idiosyncratic lighting that is here, and replacing a hob.The office were very helpful in sorting quotes and arranging everything.Imran the engineer was excellent. On time, had everything he needed with him and his work was quick, neat and very tidy. He was polite and very friendly and offered great advice. Definitely knows what he is doing.I have some other jobs I need doing, and have had no hesitation in using this company again.
