Arranged a visit for some basic work. They messed up the date and never turned up. Useless receptionist who didn't number down properly. Spent a while on the phone trying to remedy this situation then booked another visit. Surprise, they didn't turn up. Give these cowboys a miss, there are much better electricians available who are professionals. You have been warned. Don't waste your time.

I needed a new cooker installed and having just moved into the Lowestoft area didn't know anyone so googled local electricians,the first guy I called said he's been retired for a year and wasn't insured to do the job,so I called a handyman who arranged to come around on the thursday at 2pm so sat in all day and he never showed,and never even called to apologise,so then I noticed Lowestoft Bathroom Centre did electrical work and called and said I needed a cooker installed and the guy was very helpful and said he'll be around on the friday,on the friday the guy came was very friendly and finally installed my cooker and the price was very cheap too,I would have no hesitation in calling them and would highly recommend anyone who needed a high quality,prompt electrician no matter how small you think the job is,very satisfied customer 5 out of 5

We had a quote for a new bathroom from Lowestoft Bathroom Centre and sadly we were very disappointed. The lady who measured the room and carried out the quote offered no design ideas and steered us to materials that she wanted us to have. We were basically quoted an extortionate price for the design we already have apart from replacing the bath with a shower. I couldn't believe the price so today, my partner and I attended a prebooked appointment with Wicks. They redisigned our bathroom, included an array of storage and advised on all types of materials. They were great and although we went for high spec items, the quote came outat 3K less then Lowestoft Bathroom Centre. We do not like leaving bad reviews however I am so appalled with the lack of service from this company that I felt I had to. I think Lowestoft Bathroom Centre charged us too much for very little and lacked knowledge of modern design.
