You guys are brilliant!! Ordered this morning, every last bit came this afternoon. Wish I'd taken note of the guy that delivered but he was a star. Wouldn't let me help him unload (we got a 100ft garden) did two runs. Polite, efficient, punctual you can't ask for more. Partner has trawled the Internet for good prices. Actually zero stars would be more accurate! We were being served by a member of staff and then rudely interrupted by someone who I can only assume is the owner who said it’s not open to the public! Clearly they don’t want business.. don’t waste your time.NOT OPEN TO PUBLIC

I left it late before Christmas to buy my fencing for my Christmas project. I tried locally but no one had what I wanted. I looked on the internet and found grangewood. The prices were better than local companies. I ordered on line and paid at 6pm on Tuesday and resigned myself that I wouldn’t get until after Christmas. While having a leisurely coffee the next morning as it was 1st day of my holiday I had a phone call at 9.45 from the driver to say he had pulled up outside. Unbelievable. Driver v friendly and helpful. Fence panels good quality. Thanks v much guys.

We ordered quite alot of wood from here recently to build a fort for the kids. Very reasonable prices. Was delivered in 10 days, a few bits damaged but after calling to discuss, they assured me that they will sort it. Very pleased over all- especially with everything going on in the world.
