I only rang to view a house. I had the Spanish inquisition on my financials within two minutes of the conversation.I then said no i did not wish to sell but wished to view. He got fairly stroppy on the phone and spoke to me on a condescending manner. This company musy never ring me again.

After the initial meeting I was really disappointed with their service at the Bexhill branch. Danny Power was the breath of fresh air but the others made me feel not important and not welcome whenever I contacted them or walked into the branch. Maybe the value was not high enough? Two of the sales fell through where I wasn’t given the full picture or full checks were done before they fell through, wasting time. As a first time seller a disappointing frustrating experience.

What an amazing team they are , each and every member of staff went above and beyond to help the selling process go through smoothly.I have to give a very special mention to Josef and Danny without whom with their knowledge, professionalism and kindness this would have been so very much harder.I was kept informed throughout the whole process.This has to be the best Estate Agents in the country.Thank you each and everyone of you in the office in Bexhill

Really first class service over a long and draining house sale but can't thank Jo enough for his care, attention and enthusiastic determination throughout. Sarah and Callum also supported well and really appreciated everyone's advice along the way. Thank you very much indeed.
