I was a tenant with rouds for 18 months. I enjoyed my garden flat, and was not disturbed by my landlord with frequent visits. Saagar and his team are kind people who try their best to help and care. (If maybe slow to respond at times!) I must mention Rajneet who was always very efficient, polite and quick to respond to my messages and return my calls when any maintenance problems arose. I believe I was a good and fair tenant, paid on time and looked after the property, and rouds were in return fair with me and returned my full deposit without a claim, (sadly most landlords attempt weak claims to make you fight for your money).
