Complete time waster. I would give it 0 star if I can.It's my 2nd house in a different city so I had to take day off work waiting for BT engineer to install broadband.After wasting 2 days it's still going nowhere.The first time I waited all day till 7pm but the engineer never turned up. Called customer service, finally got through after ringing for 30 minutes, turned out there's a mistake in there system and no engineer was notified.The second day the engineer did turn up, but couldn't do anything because BT should have sent a ground engineer instead of him.My advice: value your time and choose a different supllier.

Please be aware BT Local is an independent business with one very unscrupulous employee in the name of Ryan Burt. You will never get a straight answer and the service will cost you more than you think.

Do not use this company. They lie to get you to sign new BT deals. They are not BT but a seller of BT products. Once signed up you will not get any support from them for the mess they cause.

My business switched to Voice call and i now have not had a working telephone service for 2 weeks,MY ADVICE DON'T DO IT.I get passed from one person to another and then back again, get told by the sales team that the problem is nothing to do with them, get told by complaints department i have to speak to business department no one wants to knowI have phoned every day they say they will phone back no one ever does.I wish i could put names on here but I have spoken to 4 different members of the sales team and I have to say that the customer service was shocking 1 told me to shut up as it had nothing to do with them I wast even being abusive I expressed frustration at being passed from one call center to another for a week . Another sales person refused to speak to me as it wasn't anything to do with them. I was also hung up on several times by different operators as they tried to put me through to other departments some times waiting times on hold are over a 2 hoursThey have no idea what the problem is but keep trying to fix the fault, they can not switch me back to a normal landline as my number is now assigned to voice calls. So my business phone number from the last 7 years which has been with BT this length of time is now no longer operational and no one can tell me when and if this can or will be sorted if i want to move away from BT i can not take the number as it is not attached to land line now. Absolutely ridiculous and totally unacceptable.

Probably. The worst company to deal with.They aren’t Bt they are scammers that never call you back and miss sell you products that you don’t need. Do not give these the light of day

Been with t_mobile /we over 10 year but now bt should of installed on 8th June still waiting but now they blaming ee Bolton for now filling proper paperwork out EE u better solve this ASAP otherwise I be in Bolton this Friday for chat and file massive complaint against both EE AND BT +BT OPENREACH all 3 taking a joke on me not happy with all of U
