Char does my lashes and lips and I’m always very pleased with them after, I wouldn’t go to anyone else other than char! She is always very welcoming and makes sure you leave the salon happy with her service

I never leave bad reviews but I had a really awful experience here. I had 1ml lip filler - it was done very heavy handed which caused a lot of blood. I have had my lips done before in other places and have never experienced the quantity of bleeding and bruising that I did here.I was left with severe bruising which lasted for 19 days and a bubble spot which was leaking filler during my sleep. The spot caused a major cold sore which required medical attention. I still have it now, a month later. The doctor was appalled at the state of my lips when I had to visit him and told me they were seriously infected. A lot of filler leaked out of the bubble which has left my lips unequal and looking worse than when I came.It is expensive and I saved for a while to be able to afford and was at a very low self-confidence point when I came - this has made me plummet in self confidence even more.I contacted the salon 8 times and didn’t receive a reply or an apology.I am really disappointed and really don’t want anyone to have to experience and go through what I did after visiting here.

I went to the beauty box for lip fillers, Char was extremely helpful in guiding me with my requests. She made me feel really comfortable and answered all my questions. I felt relaxed whilst she worked her magic. Very professional. Would definitely recommend.

It’s always so nice to go into an unfamiliar place and instantly feel relaxed and Char definitely does exactly that! Great experience and beautiful lashes!!
