Had an issue with delivery not their fault. Was quickly sorted out.

Bad experience of othering trampolin through this company. I would not recomand them.

Ordered a dog cage, mat and divider. Unfortunately the mat and divider were lost on their way to me. Emailed the company the evening I realised and by lunchtime the following day Bobby at Stack M High had confirmed the items were lost and got replacements out tracked delivery to me. Great customer service and I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy something similar

Unfortunately I cant give minus stars. I am so annoyed with this company. I ordered a boat from them a month ago. I was promised delivery within a week. Apparently the boat was out of stock when I ordered it, even though it said 3 in stock. After speaking to amazon multiple times, I have had so many excuses. They won't deliver to my address in Cheltenham. So I suggested I collect it, not allowed, I suggested a different address I have access to in Manchester, but they can't deliver there either. So where do you deliver to?I have also been told many times that its not in stock, but according to amazon it had been in stock at all times over the last month.When I ordered this boat it was about £140. The price instantly went up to £290 and has changed many times, but not gone below £200 at any point. Amazon have told me yo cancel the order and re order directly with this company, but why would I do that? It would then cost me double!Clearly they do not want to sell me the boat for this low price, so they are not shipping it to me.This rubbish company has no idea how much I needed this boat for a trip I went on last week. It was the first trip since my wife left hospital after nearly dying from cancer and sepsis. She desperately wanted to play about on the water with our children.This could not happen and she was devastated.Thanks so muchPlease do not order from this company

I bought a 12 x 8ft trampoline last year and recently a couple of loops came loose, I contacted Stack M High Ltd and they replaced the centre mattress really fast for me. I was very impressed with the level of customer service and the speed they replaced it for me. Very happy kids again.

This was the only place that I could find that stocked the trampoline accessories I needed. Staff were very polite and helpful. Had an issue with the delivery through no fault of Stack M' High. Their staff acted immediately, contacting the courier to get the issue resolved. Very impressed and would definitely use again,

Had to get some spare parts for my trampoline after storm Dennis, so popped in as only down the road. Met the owner who is an absolute delight and sorted everything out for me. Can't recommend these trampolines highly enough. No pun intended!

Absolute joke. I ordered a dog mattress cover, the actual measurements were nowhere near the quoted ones. When I asked to return they accused me of changing my mind… tried to get me to accept a replacement instead (no point in that as now I’ve read other reviews citing size issues). I say no I want to return which after several requests they say ok. Then they charge me to return the faulty item!!! Still battling to have the return postage repaid. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE JOKERS.

Contacted regarding Fedex issues. Phone answered in 5 rings. problem documented with commitment to resolve. E mail, voice mail and voice contact to confirm actions to resolve. All good, nice to be able to make contact with a real person after an internet purchase and get stuff fixed.
