My power seemed to have turned off due to an issue with the consumer unit/trip switch box. I called MSR who was available to help. By sending pictures of the components, they were able to talk me through the process required in a simple and professional manner. They also went through what the underlying issue could have been which was insightful.Would definitely use for any electrical services in the future.

Professional, courteous, knew exactly what to do. I had a home emergency which they fixed, they came on very short notice on a Sunday, charged very reasonable rates.

After recently moving into a property, I required a reliable electrician to undertake a number of jobs throughout the house. I found MSR Electrical via Google Maps and made a decision to contact the company based on the positive reviews. My enquiry was responded too promptly and courteously. Within a short time, I had a visit to scope out the tasks and get a quote. The job was booked in and a few days later all work was complete. Everything was of a high standard and delivered by an experienced electrician who was polite, great at explaining, who presented different options and was totally professional in every way. Contacted Mo after lost electricity late Saturday evening. After talking through on the phone Mo advised he would come out Sunday morning at 8am. Arrived on time and after a full investigation was able to establish the issue. Everything now resolved and very happy. Will definitely use Mo again for any electrical work.

I made a random emergency call late on Friday after losing electricity suddenly. The gentleman (Mo) very kindly talked through some diagnostics with me and figured out a solution to get some electricity back and save the fridge/feeezer food until the next morning. He stayed on the phone helping me for a good 15-20 mins, told me his availability for the following day but under no obligations. I didn’t end up using his services again (thankfully as we got the electricity back up and running!) but I felt the need to review how helpful he was on just an initial phone call.Professional, very kind and very knowledgeable. Property lost all power sockets, so called 24hr emergency electricians I tried were unavailable for days! Called Mo and he was very helpful and came around by mid day. Took a couple of hours of investigation to find the fault and fix it. Excellent work and very good price.

Called MSR to upgrade my consumer unit. Came on time and prepared everything the night before. Ensured power was back on for me within 2 hours of his arrival. The entire wiring and consumer unit was tidier than before and everything was labelled for me. He cleaned up after himself and I will definitely be calling him again the future.
