City Edge - Student Accommodation in Manchester
Best place to stay if you want to make your friends in UoM halls jealous. Spacious flats and wonderful management. They’re friendly and quick at fixing any issues. We recently had an issue with our wifi and Jonathon was at our door with a wifi technician within an hour, which is unheard of at any other accommodation I’ve seen. Location is perfect too, it’s a short walk to the universities as well as central Manchester, and has good public transport links too. A washer dryer in the kitchen and TVs in each room are included which is great, you’ll just need a fire stick or something similar to watch Netflix etc. I was worried about the noise of the main road when I first moved in but the bedrooms facing the road have an extra glass screen across the window, generally a much quieter building in comparison to uni halls. It really feels like a home away from home :)

City Edge - Student Accommodation in Manchester
Those is a great accommodation for those who like the quite and simple uni experience. Only a short 15 min walk to Manchester metropolitan University and a 20 minute walk to the centre. Buses come quite often which is really handy. The bedrooms are very spacious and feel very homely, the maintenance are super helpful as well and you can request anything and they will try their best to help you out! (I needed a separate WiFi for my printer and it was set up within 2 hours). This is a great accommodation for friends as well. There are 3 and 4 bedroom flats so it never feels cramped. Tvs in all the rooms and a washing machine in the kitchen which has come in handy a lot.

I enjoyed my student life in City Edge. The location is perfect; it's close to uni (10-15 minutes away) and also close to one of the most important train stations in Manchester, Picadilly station. As a student, I was given everything I needed and whenever something was missing, I was able to reach out to Jonathan, who quickly helped me fix certain issues. I am more than satisfied with the service provided. It also has a supermarket very nearby (3 minutes away), which is an additional plus. The kitchen is quite spacy and allows you to cook together with your flatmates!

City Edge is just 10 mins away by walk from University of Manchester. It has a very peaceful environment. It is also 5 mins walk from Piccadilly railway station. The main advantage is it has its own washing machine for every flat which can not be found in many other accommodations.Overall, In my opinion city edge is one of the best and affordable student accommodation in Manchester.

Had an amazing experience while living here last year. First of the location is ideal where it takes only 5-10 mins to go to Piccadilly Station, 20 mins to city centre, 10-15 mins to both universities. The rooms are also refurbished to a good standard and contain all the required amenities. In addition, the accommodation team is very helpful regarding any queries and any issues were resolved promptly. Finally, the price is very reasonable compared to other student accommodations in the area making it a great place to stay as a student.

City Edge - Student Accommodation in Manchester
I stayed at City Edge in the last academic year, rebooked for the current year and have signed on for the next, which alone should show how satisfied I am with my stay here. This is undoubtedly one of the best quality student accommodation options in the entirety of Manchester and I can't recommend it enough: here's a few reasons why.Location: City Edge is located within a 15-minute walk of the University of Manchester, Manchester Metropolitan, the Royal Northern College of Music, the University of Law and Manchester Piccadilly station. This makes it insanely convenient for any student studying in the city and makes for a much better student experience than choosing to go miles down the road in Fallowfield or Rusholme. Being able to walk anywhere in the city centre from home saves hundreds in bus/uber fares, and frankly, I can't imagine having to live further from the city.Quality: My experience living here has been amazing; all the rooms in the two flats I've stayed in have been excellent quality with minimum issues. Bedrooms are considerably larger than most offered by comparable accommodation providers, and sharing the flat with only 2 or 3 others means that the communal areas are plenty big enough to share. All rooms come with a double bed and a TV, something that's incredibly rare with student halls.Service: Maybe the best thing about City Edge is the incredible team running the place. Every single time I've had an issue, it's been sorted out within a few days. The team work tirelessly to make sure that everyone's stay goes as smoothly as possible, and I've never once had to wait a long period of time to get something resolved. This is surprisingly really rare with student accommodation and is one of the things that make City Edge special as private landlords often don't care enough to fix things and larger student accommodation companies have that many rooms to deal with that they can take weeks, if not months to get round to things. All in all, I can't think of any reason not to wholeheartedly recommend City Edge.

City Edge - Student Accommodation in Manchester
It's my second year living here now and I've rebooked on for next year. It's in such a convenient location 5-10 minutes walk from Piccadilly train station and no more than 15 minutes walk to the city centre. The rooms have a lot of space compared with other uni accommodation and have a homely feel. I know a lot of accommodations don't have good wifi but I've never had any problems with it at city edge. Even for Xbox, PC etc... the wifi works very well. I would definitely recommend City Edge!!!

While booking the accomodation, I was confused which area and location is the best for a student, after living here now for 4 months I can say that this is the best student accommodation that you will find at this price. The staff is friendly and always there to help, if you face any issue just email them and they will take care of it instantly. The rooms are fair in size with a wide window to get sunlight, furniture is nice and modern, bed size is large in every room, toilets are clean and well maintained, Kitchen is equipped with pretty much all the appliances that you will need. Also there are four mini fridges, which means enough space to store your food, it has a dining table as well for four people, so you can enjoy your food with friends. The best thing is they have washing machine installed in every flat, so free laundry everytime. The location is amazing as you have all the stores for groceries and daily essentials just 200m walk away. There is a beautiful park right in front of Moss court to get some sunshine.University is 10 mins walk away, because there is a short cut from the park.Bus stand in front of Moss court from where you can take any bus to the city. For Indian students, there is a Gurudwara 200m away to have langar every Sunday.Parcel drop in stores are just 80m away, incase you need to return a parcel or send.Enough parking space for everyone.Staff will take care of your parcel if your away. They have easy installment options to pay for your accommodation.I would recommend this accommodation as 10/10

City Edge - Student Accommodation in Manchester
This accommodation is perfect for students wanting to live privately or with friends that’s near the city centre and both universities! I applied here very last minute and the workers were so lovely and guaranteed me a room! It is in a perfect location near Piccadilly and and easy walk to the universities which is nice and safe. The rooms are very spacious with a double bed, tv, desk, wardrobe, bedside table and more… but the best part is you can request any furniture when you move in and they bring it in super quick. One of the best parts about living here is the instant replies and help you get from the workers, if you have any problems or need something fixing they’re on it like a car bonnet. Also, they let you put up things on the walls which is amazing:) I am a nursing student constantly on placement so the transport systems around are brilliant and the kitchen spaces are great for when I need to make meals quick but my favourite is it’s nice and quiet so I can sleep loads after a long day.
