Absolutely first class service from Mackenzie & MacLennan! Got a puncture which they were able to repair within 15 minutes! Great customer service, workmanship and value for money.

Managed to blow a tire while on holiday and these guys sorted me out really quickly and efficiently. Much appreciated.

On holiday, found one of my car tyres had deflated overnight. MacKenzie & MacLennan were able to take a look at it, and diagnosed an easily fixed loose valve, and didn't charge. Very grateful for their honesty and assistance: trust is what most garage users are looking for, I reckon. Thank you!

We were 700 miles in to our tour of Scotland and at 5 pm i slashed a tyre on my camper van…luckily it was in the church yard across the road from their garage…I popped over and they came over to us in the van…tried his best to release my spare which was seized…tried to cut the cable …spent a good hour trying to get the spare off…eventually gave up …and another stroke of luck had the right size tyre to replace the slashed one…once it was done I followed him back to the garage expected to have a £3-400 bill for his time(which I was ready to pay)…came back at £136 just for the tyre!!!…if Carlsberg did customer service this would be it…I’m eternally grateful as we are now in Skye continued on our tour

Extremely helpful garage even though they were very busy. They took time out to help me with my flat battery. One of the mechanics gave us a lift back to our vehicle and got it started.Excellent customer focus and I really wish this was my local garage. Superb service.

Hit a very bad pothole on the A832 while on holiday. Wheel rim badly dented. I called in without a booking and a very skilled & helpful chap immediately set about repairing my wheel. I must have been back on the road in 10 minutes. Amazing service. Saved my holiday. Completely recommended. Thank you so much.

Had a N/S headlight blow and looked a nightmare to get behind it to replace. Called in totally unplanned just as the guys finished lunch at 2pm and one of the guys came out and between us we took the grille off and he replaced the bulb from my spare kit....the office wouldn't charge me anything, despite their mechanic spending half hour with me fitting it. Thanks to all for fitting us in and allowing us to continue our NC500 journey in safety through your beautiful country. Paul n Les in the 06 Peugeot motorhome!
