Had the privilege of dealing with Leon for a sale of a family members property. Firstly, he was available right away which was great, he had good comparables and knowledge of the local area. During the viewing stage, he gave enough notice and had them coming in after an hour of it being online, he was great with updates and always ensured feedback was given but the house was sold right away, in terms of the progression, again, updates constantly, there was issues with completion dates but he managed to sort that out no problem and everything went smoothly. High recommended.
