Yoga Up

What can I say, other than Catherine deserves more than 5*. Been doing her Yoga classes for a good while. She is SO passionate about everything she does. Really friendly & helpful. Believe me, you'll leave her class feeling invigorated! Thanks Catherine!

Cat is an incredible yoga teacher, but with it brings a real sense of community and calmness.The yoga and paddle-board morning was perfect, a lovely flow session first, home made juice and then an hour on the board. A lovely way to spend a Sunday.

Really enjoy Cath's class!!! Good balance on building flow and flexibility and feeling relaxes physically and mentally at the end of every class!!

Cat is a dedicated and passonate yoga teacher and clearly cares so much about the work she does. Her classes are aimed to cater for lots of different abilities and I always leave her practices feeling better than I did before.

I really enjoyed Cat's session. It is always fun and relaxing. I feel totally relaxed after a great work out in her hot or warm yoga class. Definitely recommended!

Had an amazing time during the headstand workshop with Cat in yoga up space. It was very spacious, clean and the space is very much suitable to events like workshops. There is more than enough space to play/practice. The event was very personalised, and we appreciate how Cat really cater for our individual capacities to execute the pose. Most of us battle with getting over our individual fears which hinders us to enter the pose and she was reassuring and patient with us all. All of you who reads this, join her on her next workshop, trust me it's a good investment for yourself. It's not that scary.

Cat's classes are always quality. A great heat building flow and some slower work towards relaxation.

I’ve been coming to cats yoga classes for over a year now and I enjoy how much the heat makes me more flexible, so I can get into poses I wouldn’t usually be able too. I enjoy cat combining yin yoga, but also with an intense vinyasa flow. I always feel good afterwards and stretched out!

I had been meaning to try Cat's yoga classes for a long time as a friend had highly recommended them however with work etc I hadn't managed to attend. Then at the very last minute I saw that Cat was hosting a yoga retreat in Anglesey so I took a tiny leap of faith and booked on. I am so glad that I did - I think it's the best decision I've ever made! I was feeling terrible - tired and unhealthy and generally a bit low - however I left the retreat feeling like a new person. Being able to practice yoga flow in the sunshine on the beaches and listening to the waves was pure bliss. The accommodation was a great choice - a very lovely house to relax in and the food provided was both healthy and delicious. All I have been able to think about since I returned is when can I book the next one! I also plan to start attending the weekly classes. Thank you so much Cat :)
