I go to this restaurant regularly on a Monday night while working in the area.last 3 weeks iv had to wait between 40 to 50 minutes for my takeaway order in store. The self service hasn't give a recipe on two of my visit in these past 3weeks if I miss my order number iv no idea witch order is mine tonight I order a large white coffee and ended up with a white tea instead. whats going on use to be good before

Went through drive through, my double quarter pounder meal, they gave me a double cheeseburger, my other quarter pound burger meal was made with the top and bottom bun the wrong way around, both cokes tasted like fizzy water and I didn't get the dip with the cheese bites. Their staff are stupid.

Came in at lunchtime, place was quite busy but even then the staff were calm and nothing was too much trouble. I was with my one year old and the fantastic Sarah found us a table, got a high chair and even collected my food for me. (I'd ordered takeaway then changed my mind) she was super attentive for the whole time we were in and I noticed this was with all the tables not just ours. A lovely feeling and a very thankful mummy.

Very busy when we got here so expected a longer wait. When food arrived it was missing the McFlurrys. These arrived soon after questioning it so they’d just been forgotten. Burger was ok but, as ever, looked better in the pictures!The McFlurrys weren’t worth the wait. One was underfilled, the other completely melted on arrival! A McDonalds best avoided at busy times I feel!

This is one of the worst mcdonalds I have been to. Its so slow! Today for instance, waited well over 10 minutes in a que to get 2 chicken sandwhiches, and when they finally arrived they had next to no lettice or sauce in them! Honestly charging over £4 a pop for this!? Sort it out Marsh Bart Maccies.

Absolutely filthy! Probably would not have ordered had I actually noticed before ordering. The kitchen floor was filthy. You can see the spotches of white amongst the gray dirt. Then when I started looking the filth was everywhere!

Worst Mc Donald’s ever been to, food was awful and cold no effort at all. Cleanliness of restaurant wasn’t great. Staff were rude. Was like no one actually wanted to be working there.
